About The Position
The Joint Operations Readiness SME leads joint SOF training and readiness programs aligned with the Joint Training System, ensuring mission readiness across USSOCOM components. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.
Requirements
- 12+ years SOF experience.
- Former E-8+/CW3+/O-4+.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years joint exercise planning experience.
- Strategic HQ experience within last 8 years.
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
Nice To Haves
- Experience with DRRS, JTT, and JTS tools.
- TSOC or SOCOM J7 experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute joint exercises using JTS.
- Develop training objectives aligned to SOF mission sets.
- Conduct readiness assessments and AARs.
- Brief senior leaders on readiness outcomes.
- Apply joint doctrine (UJTL/JMETL).
