About The Position
Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Please note: This position is contingent upon the award of a contract. Job Overview: The Joint SOF Operations & Plans SME provides senior-level expertise in joint SOF operations, planning, and crisis response in support of USSOCOM and Combatant Command missions. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.
Requirements
- 15+ years SOF experience.
- Former O-5+/CW3+/E-9+.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Joint/CCMD/USSOCOM HQ experience.
- Crisis response planning experience.
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
Nice To Haves
- Experience in J3/J5/J35/J37 environments.
- Background in TSOC or Joint Task Force operations.
Responsibilities
- Support joint SOF planning and crisis response operations.
- Integrate SOF capabilities into strategic and operational plans.
- Support exercises, readiness events, and battle staff activities.
- Advise leadership on operational design and contingency planning.
