About The Position

Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Please note: This position is contingent upon the award of a contract. Job Overview: The Operations & Administrative Specialist (Senior) provides operational synchronization, administrative coordination, and executive-level support for SOF training and mission activities. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Requirements

  • 12+ years SOF experience.
  • Former O-3+/CW2+/E-7+.
  • 8+ years recent operations synchronization experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting senior SOF leadership.
  • Joint or TSOC staff experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage training schedules and operational calendars.
  • Coordinate multi-echelon SOF activities.
  • Track taskings, suspense, and operational reporting.
  • Prepare executive summaries and commander briefings.
  • Deconflict training resources and requirements.
  • Support battle rhythm and staff integration.
