About The Position
Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Please note: This position is contingent upon the award of a contract. Job Overview: The JECG Systems Integrator (Journeyman) provides Tier I desktop and systems support in a secure DoD environment supporting mission systems and users. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.
Requirements
- 5+ years Tier I IT support experience.
- DoD or federal environment experience.
- Hardware/software troubleshooting expertise.
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SCIF environments.
- Familiarity with security processes (SSO).
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform system setup, migration, and decommissioning.
- Manage user accounts and system access.
- Maintain IT inventory and records.
- Provide SCIF support and controlled environment compliance.
