The Operations Readiness Manager is responsible for leading and executing business initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with Ensemble’s Standard Operating Model. This role oversees a team of Business Coordinators and Supervisors, providing leadership, guidance, and accountability for delivering actionable insights and sustainable operational improvements. The Manager serves as an advisor to internal executives and client leadership on operational optimization, change management, and process. Additionally, the Manager supports the Operations Readiness Team by mentoring and guiding team members in their daily activities and project work, ensuring operational consistency, supporting process improvement initiatives, and facilitating communication across teams. The Manager provides coaching, quality assurance, and hands-on support for projects, while also implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
