About The Position

GDIT is seeking multiple qualified candidates for its Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program. The program supports individual sustainment and collective Mission Command training, leadership training and development, Warfighter Functions training, Delta Training, First Person Simulations, and constructive simulations. It also provides technical integration between simulation and C4I systems, establishes and maintains training and exercise networks, and performs Risk Management Framework certification and accreditation security and risk management activities. The JLVC Systems Administrator II (C4ISR) supports the Joint Multinational Simulation Center – Pacific (JMSC-P), a simulation complex in the Pacific. The position provides technical leadership for designing, integrating, operating, and sustaining IT communications and network boundary architectures for large-scale military exercises and complex simulation environments. It supports secure connectivity among mission command systems, simulation enclaves, and external enterprise networks, and contributes to system reliability, interoperability, scalability, and operational readiness. The role is based onsite at the customer location in Schofield, Hawaii, with moderate travel to other customer sites throughout the Pacific Area of Responsibility. The scheduled workweek is 40 hours, with 10–25% travel required.
