About The Position

Kenneth Daniel Roofing, part of Ridgeline Roofing and Restoration, is a growing roofing and exterior restoration company focused on providing homeowners with quality workmanship, clear communication, and an excellent customer experience. We're looking for a Job Site Supervisor to help oversee roofing projects throughout the Littleton, NC area and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. As a Job Site Supervisor, you'll oversee active roofing projects from start to finish. You'll coordinate with crews, homeowners, and internal team members while making sure projects stay on schedule and meet company expectations. This is a hands-on position for someone who is organized, dependable, communicates well, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

Requirements

• Previous experience in roofing, construction, remodeling, restoration, or a related field
• Experience supervising crews or managing job sites preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners and contractors
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders and safely access job sites
• Roofing or construction knowledge strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing projects from start to completion
• Coordinate with roofing crews, homeowners, and internal team members
• Conduct job-site visits to monitor progress and workmanship
• Ensure crews follow company standards and safety procedures
• Verify materials are delivered and available when needed
• Identify and communicate issues that could impact the project
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners throughout the project
• Document job progress with photos, notes, and updates
• Perform quality-control inspections before project completion
• Help resolve job-site issues quickly and professionally
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and safe
• Communicate project updates to management and the sales team
• Represent Kenneth Daniel Roofing professionally on every job
