The position of Job File Coordinator is our title for this administrative role that focuses their talents on the operational side of the business. You’ll lead and develop our office team, managing a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, training, performance management, and project coordination. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with administrative support, preferably in an office environment.
  • Superb customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and clean driving record; subject to applicable law.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor job file status to ensure accuracy in all job file documentation daily.
  • Communicate daily with production crews to ensure all required documentation is captured on site at point of task.
  • Create/review estimate based on scope and photos from production crew.
  • Maintain an accurate work in progress board for all active leads and projects.
  • Monitor and ensure all client requirements are followed.
  • Maintain internal and external communications with all stakeholders.
  • Review timestamps and other datapoints to reflect accurate reporting and KPMs.
