Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications proficient in xactiomate

Responsibilities

  • Audit & Compliance: Review all job files (photos, notes, and moisture readings) to ensure they meet SERVPRO corporate and insurance program standards.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor the "Work-in-Progress" (WIP) board to ensure jobs are moving through the pipeline from initial call to final invoice.
  • Estimating Support: Assist Project Managers in drafting preliminary estimates using Xactimate and proprietary SERVPRO software.
  • Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for insurance adjusters, providing them with the documentation they need to approve claims.
  • Customer Service: Provide empathetic updates to homeowners and business owners during their restoration journey.
