About The Position

A Job Developer assists individuals with disabilities throughout the job search process and helps them find jobs that fit their goals. The role provides tools and support to help individuals write resumes, build community connections, apply for positions, prepare for interviews, and secure jobs they want. The work focuses on building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping people find fulfilling careers.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or above.
• Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
• Clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals write resumes.
• Make connections in the community on behalf of individuals served.
• Assist individuals with applying for positions.
• Support individuals through interviews.
• Provide tools and support to help individuals complete the job search process and secure jobs that fit their goals.
• Transport clients in company vehicles.
