About The Position

As a Job Developer at Sevita, you’ll help people grow, learn, and live well while building meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You’ll support participants in taking part in their communities and enjoying favorite activities, and help them work toward developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role also includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities
