About The Position

Hands of Heartland is looking for dependable and compassionate individuals to provide job coaching to people with developmental disabilities at our Omaha and Bellevue locations. The role involves working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of job settings to ensure they have meaningful employment. As a Job Coach, you will assist individuals on the job and communicate with employers in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Job Coach or Direct Support Professional is preferred.
• Ability to flex your schedule some is preferred as scheduling is based on the individual's needs.
• CNA license

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals on the job.
• Communicate with employers in a professional manner.
• Ensure individuals have meaningful employment.
• Understand the importance of documentation.
