Bancroft is actively seeking a full-time Job Coach to work in our Adult Employment Program in the Camden County County area. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required with additional education in a related field desirable.
- Minimum of two years of experience working directly with neurologically-challenged individuals required.
Nice To Haves
- BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Related work experience in employment services preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides on-site job assessment, skills training, and job coaching to persons served within the Bancroft organization and employed at host organizations to maintain and enhance community-based employment
