Job Coach (Part-time)
About The Position
New View is looking for an individual to provide job coaching to disabled adults in the community. The current job location is in Oconto Falls school and is during the school year only. These are contracted positions through Community Resource Specialist Staffing Agency (CRSSA). Responsibilities
- Teaching job skills and fostering increased independence
- Modeling appropriate work skills
- Monitoring work performance and providing feedback and assistance as needed
