The right candidate is dedicated and committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and other barriers with sustaining and advancing their meaningful employment goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
• Experience working with people in any support, education, caregiving, or customer-facing role
• Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Responsibilities

• The Job Coach works directly with adults with developmental disabilities, at their job site.
• You will be helping clients stay on track with their job duties, assisting clients with emotional regulation, and teaching clients how to be effective self advocates.
