About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is seeking passionate and collaborative professionals for Extended School Year (ESY) positions as Job Coach Paraeducators in the North St. Paul, MN area. This role is part of the Summer 2026 Transition Next Step Program, supporting students aged 18-22 with daily activities on job sites. The position is in-person from July 6-23, Monday-Thursday. Candidates must be comfortable and eligible to drive school vans.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable and eligible to drive school vans
- Requires either 60 college credits or a ParaPro certificate
- Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits OR Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on ParaPro or ParaEducator Assessments or credentialed on the PELSB rubric)
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in the school setting preferred
