Location: San Diego County and MCRD Schedule: Open availability, schedule varies on case load and clients work schedules. Pay: The pay for this position is $21.50 to $21.50.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills
• CPR & First Aid certification (training provided)
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and workplace training
• Assist clients in building job skills and meeting employer expectations
• Support workplace integration and social skill development
• Monitor job performance and provide feedback
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with employers, case managers, and support networks
