About The Position

An award-winning U.S. design firm providing architecture, planning, and interior design services for complex, community-oriented projects and mass-timber innovation is seeking a Job Captain to help deliver high-quality multifamily and mixed-use projects. The role supports project success from concept through construction, with a focus on design development, construction documentation, and team coordination. The Job Captain collaborates closely with consultants and internal teams at the firm's Los Angeles office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of architectural experience, including 2 years on multifamily projects.
• Minimum 4 years of Revit experience.
• Working knowledge of Type I, III, and V construction.
• Consultant coordination skills.

Nice To Haves

• California Architect license or progress toward licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate construction documents using Revit.
• Collaborate with consultants and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Prepare hand-sketched details and translate them into Revit drawings.
• Support construction administration and review project progress.
• Apply knowledge of IBC, CBC, accessibility requirements, and construction methods.
