Requirements

Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit preferred), cloud-based platforms, and collaborative workflows
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and project teams
Experience in architecture, construction, retail, hospitality, or branded environments

Nice To Haves

Ability to identify and implement process improvements in drawing production and team workflows
Experience working within a multi-office, cross-time-zone firm structure

Responsibilities

Maintain and contribute to comprehensive Retail Design Standards through prototypical construction documents, specifications, design guidance, product standards, shop drawings, BIM content, and supporting tools
Collaborate on design initiatives and develop strategies to streamline integration into Retail Design Standards and implementation platforms
Coordinate with Retail Design Standards consultants and partners to deliver high-quality, consistent design solutions
Track project timelines, coordinate deliverables across workstreams, and proactively identify issues to maintain schedule integrity
Support the development of BIM content, cloud-based documentation platforms, and related tools used across the Standards program
