Requirements

2 years of automotive service writing experience
Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships online and in person
Comfortable working with various dealer software systems
Must be self-motivated
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be organized, able to multitask and follow-up with customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations instructions, and procedure manuals
Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet service customers promptly
Communicate with customers on options, cost, and timing to complete the delivery of maintenance and repairs
Professionally address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
Inspect vehicles prior to each customer’s delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly
Communicate the results with the customer explaining all completed work and charges
