About The Position

Our team works across industries, delivering solutions that drive innovation and operational efficiency. We are currently hiring skilled professionals for JIRA Expert to join our growing team. As the global technology infrastructure organizations adopt a product centric operating model, it is important that we manage work correctly through JIRA. As ARC, along with other projects owned by the team, are critical cross-organizational programs, this role will ensure proper management of multiple programs through JIRA, as well as assist in transitioning to JIRA including developing process, documentation and training for the team.

Requirements

High level of JIRA expertise (5+ years) working within complex environments.
Expertise with Issue Collectors, reporting, JQL.
Expertise with Confluence site design, coding and maintenance
Experience of AGILE project management principles
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
Detail orientated and highly organized
Strong Microsoft skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and Teams
Excellent communication skills, written and oral

Nice To Haves

Process design, simplification and efficiency
Experience working within a highly regulated environment, e.g., banking
