Requirements
- High level of JIRA expertise (5+ years) working within complex environments. This includes Issue Collectors, reporting, JQL.
- Expertise with Confluence site design, coding and maintenance
- Experience of AGILE project management principles
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Detail orientated and highly organized
- Strong Microsoft skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and Teams
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Nice To Haves
- Process design, simplification and efficiency
- Experience working within a highly regulated environment, e.g., banking
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper management of multiple programs through JIRA
- Assist in transitioning to JIRA including developing process, documentation and training for the team
