About The Position

As a Jewelry Sales Associate with Diamonds Direct, you will work in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment, offering luxury jewelry and customer-focused service. You will have access to a large inventory and top designers to help customers find personalized options. The role emphasizes exceptional service, relationship-building, detailed product knowledge, and customer-focused sales without pressure to sell warranties, credit applications, or additional products.

Requirements

• Must be able to work Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in luxury sales and/or diamond sales preferred.
• GIA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by prioritizing customer needs and creating a memorable experience from the initial greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and position Diamonds Direct as their preferred destination for luxury jewelry.
• Use knowledge of inventory and designer collections to guide customers toward informed, personalized choices.
• Manage the sales process in the customer's best interest, including detailed follow-through after the sale.
• Maintain an organized work environment and attention to detail throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance reflecting Diamonds Direct's standards.
