About The Position

As a Jewelry Sales Associate with Diamonds Direct, you will provide customer-focused service in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. You will use the company’s inventory and designer collections to help customers make informed, personalized choices, while delivering a memorable shopping experience from the initial greeting through post-sale follow-up. The role emphasizes relationship-building, customer-first sales, organization, attention to detail, and professional presentation.

Requirements

• Previous luxury sales and/or diamond sales experience is preferred.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
• Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

• GIA certification.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer needs and provide excellent service throughout the shopping experience, from greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and establish Diamonds Direct as customers’ preferred destination for luxury jewelry.
• Use knowledge of inventory and designer collections to guide customers toward informed, personalized choices.
• Manage the sales process in the customer’s best interest and follow through after the sale.
• Maintain an organized work environment and demonstrate attention to detail throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance consistent with Diamonds Direct’s standards.
