About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Full Time Jewelry Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store needs. The role models excellent customer service, supports a positive store culture, and accurately handles customer transactions. They will also promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, and process merchandise for the sales floor. Additionally, the associate will participate in store recovery, maintain cleanliness and organization, provide and accept feedback, adhere to labor laws, and support shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.
