About The Position
We’re hiring a Jeweler Apprentice / Polisher to join our workshop. This role is for someone who either has basic experience in jewelry polishing or comes from a hands-on trade and wants to learn bench jewelry work. You’ll be working with small parts, tools, and fine details every day. This is hands-on, repetitive work that requires focus and consistency.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of polishing experience or hands-on trade background (mechanic, technician, etc.).
- Good hand skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with small, delicate items.
- Reliable and consistent at work.
- Willing to learn and take direction.
Responsibilities
- Polish rings and fine jewelry before and after stone setting.
- Perform rhodium plating and finishing.
- Check pieces for quality and consistency.
- Assist with basic workshop tasks and repairs.
