At Brilliance.com, we’re looking for experienced diamond and gem setters who take real pride in their work. We’re a busy, growing shop with consistent volume, and we need someone who can deliver clean, precise setting work and maintain high standards at the bench. If you know your craft and care about doing things right, you’ll fit in well here.
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience in diamond/gem setting (not entry-level).
- Confident working under a microscope and maintaining tight tolerances.
- Consistent, detail-focused work with a steady hand.
- Ability to keep quality high while meeting production timelines.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and professional at the bench.
Responsibilities
- Set diamonds and gemstones (prong, pave, channel, etc.) with precision and consistency.
- Handle stone tightening, repairs, and ring sizing.
- Perform polishing and finishing to production standards.
- Work with gold, platinum, and other precious metals.
- Maintain quality control so every piece leaving the bench is clean and secure.
