Requirements

Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical work including standing, bending, climbing, and using ladders
Comfort using basic hand tools and tape measures to 1/16"
Basic reading, math, and comprehension skills to follow instructions and part drawings
Ability to work day or night shift, including weekends and holidays
May require forklift or overhead crane certification depending on assignment
Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and hearing test

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, or production environment
Familiarity with Syteline or other production tracking systems

Responsibilities

Support production operations by assisting with assembly, materials handling, and general labor tasks
Read and follow work orders and blueprints to complete assigned jobs accurately and safely
Move materials, pick parts, and help manage inventory and shortages as needed
Use hand, air, and electric power tools to assist with basic fabrication or finishing work
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and meet daily housekeeping expectations
Understand and practice Jetway quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement
Develop skills to grow into specialized production roles throughout the facility
