About The Position

This role involves assembling industrial equipment subcomponents. The technician will read and interpret blueprints and work instructions, use a tape measure accurately, and inspect their work to ensure quality and performance. Meeting production goals within assigned timeframes and maintaining a safe, organized workspace using 5S standards are key aspects of the position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Experience using basic tools, including: wrench, ratchet & socket, drill, impact, adjustable wrench, wire crimper
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of or previous experience working with small motors/engines
  • Prior assembly or manufacturing experience
