The mission of this position is to lead financial analysis and the generation of strategic information that supports Arca Continental's financial communication. This role is responsible for developing executive materials, high-impact analyses, and financial messages, collaborating with various areas of the organization to integrate relevant information and ensure consistent, transparent communication aligned with the company's strategy for Executive Management, the Board of Directors, investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, through a deep understanding of the business's financial and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Public Accounting, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced oral and written English proficiency.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, business valuation, and interpretation of financial statements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or related areas, and/or CFA certification (Chartered Financial Analyst) or active candidacy for the CFA program.
  • Experience in Corporate Finance, Planning, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Investor Relations.
  • Experience developing financial models, sensitivity analyses, business valuations, and benchmarking.
  • Experience preparing executive materials for Executive Management, the Board of Directors, and committees.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, regulations applicable to public issuers, and analysis of market expectations.
  • Ability to synthesize complex financial information and transform it into clear executive messages.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial analysis of the company's performance, integrating financial and operational information from various operations and countries to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key messages.
  • Coordinate the preparation of executive materials, financial analyses, and strategic messages for the Executive Finance Directorate, the Board of Directors, and other corporate governance bodies, ensuring clarity and strategic vision.
  • Develop advanced financial analyses, valuation models, sensitivity analyses, benchmarking, and special studies to evaluate the company's performance and support communication with investors and analysts.
  • Coordinate the preparation of support materials for communication with investors and analysts, including earnings calls, meetings, roadshows, and other market interactions.
  • Monitor stock performance, analyst estimates, relative valuation, financial indicators, and market trends, generating market intelligence and recommendations on relevant topics for the Executive Finance Directorate.
  • Collaborate with different areas of the Administration and Finance Directorate to integrate financial and operational information, ensuring the consistency and quality of messages communicated to the market.
  • Prepare analyses and materials for strategic projects and corporate initiatives directed at executive forums.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial analysis and market intelligence processes, methodologies, and tools, promoting best practices that strengthen financial communication.
