Requirements

  • Completed and verifiable Bachelor's degree (Chemical Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering).
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience as Audit Manager (2 years), Operations Manager (1 year), Quality Analyst (1 year).
  • Advanced knowledge in Personnel Administration.
  • Advanced knowledge in System Documentation.
  • Advanced knowledge in Action Plan Elaboration.
  • Advanced knowledge in Basic Statistical Tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Plant and Quality Processes.
  • Expert knowledge in Corrective Actions.
  • Expert knowledge in BHM Audits.
  • Expert knowledge in Internal Audits.
  • Expert knowledge of Certification Standards.
  • Basic knowledge of applicable legal framework for the plant.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and establish guidelines for effective control of documentation generated in the organization so that processes are designed according to the requirements, standards, and laws that govern them.
  • Coordinate and implement the organization's internal audit plan to ensure monitoring of compliance with current requirements, standards, and policies.
  • Plan and manage the organization's corrective and preventive action system to ensure processes work towards continuous improvement.
  • Manage ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 standards so that all processes contributing to them adapt to the guidelines they describe.
  • Disseminate the quality and safety policy so that all responsible parties are communicated and aware of their degree of participation.
  • Monitor the execution of risk and opportunity analyses for the plant, including HACCP, IPERCS, ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS, QUALITY PLAN, with the objective of establishing action plans in the system that prevent impacts on process performance or organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate the safety team for the development of food safety and security control plans.
  • Schedule, direct, and execute periodic meetings to review changes in processes.
  • Update hazard analysis diagrams to maintain current process conditions.
  • Update the organization's HACCP and quality plan to promptly manage changes required by the quality and safety system (documents, infrastructure, diagrams, analyses, PCCS, PPRs, or PPRo).
  • Manage the updating of knowledge of safety team members on FSSC 22000 topics so they can maintain key processes current and adapt them to possible new needs.
