About The Position
This role involves operating machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. The position also includes moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods, monitoring output quality, administering accurate daily production records, and supporting efforts to meet quality standards and ensure compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements. Additionally, the role supports the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Experience operating machine tools, chemical processing, assembly or packaging equipment
- Ability to meet production specifications, schedules, volume/ cost/ wastage targets and quality standards
- Skill in moving, packing and sorting of raw materials or finished goods
- Capability to monitor output quality and identify faulty products
- Proficiency in administering accurate daily production records
- Understanding of HR regulations, data protection laws and health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements
- Ability to support machinery and equipment maintenance
Responsibilities

- Supporting the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
