About The Position
Skilled Java professional with 5-8 years of experience in application development and production support. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise-scale Java applications while ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of business-critical systems.
Requirements
- Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
- L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications, including incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Analyze application logs, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in application deployments, releases, patching activities, and post-deployment validations.
- Monitor application health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and distributed systems.
- Develop automation scripts using Shell/Python to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- 5-8 years of experience in application development and production support.
