About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise across front-end and back-end technologies with leadership skills to drive architecture decisions, mentor development teams, and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders. This role requires a balance of solution architecture, hands-on coding, technical governance, and team leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Requirements

Strong experience in modern full-stack development.
Expertise in: Front-End: React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Expertise in: Back-End: Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, Microservices
Expertise in: APIs: REST, SOAP, GraphQL
Expertise in: Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB
Expertise in: Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
Expertise in: DevOps: GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
Expertise in: Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
Expertise in: Messaging/Event Platforms: Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of application security, authentication, and authorization frameworks.
Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams.
Strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
Experience working directly with client stakeholders and enterprise architects.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Solution Lead role.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar platforms.

Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design for full-stack applications.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Define application architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance activities.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Provide hands-on development support for critical application components.
Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.
Build responsive, performant, and user-friendly front-end applications.
Drive adoption of coding standards, design patterns, automation, and DevOps practices.
Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues.
Design and implement integrations using APIs, event-driven architectures, and middleware platforms.
Collaborate with external systems and third-party vendors.
Support data transformation, synchronization, and enterprise integration requirements.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Lead Agile teams through sprint planning, estimation, execution, and release activities.
Drive technical decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Track development progress and mitigate technical risks.
Ensure delivery quality, adherence to timelines, and production readiness.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and program leadership.
Participate in client workshops, solution discussions, and technical presentations.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Lead and mentor developers across multiple workstreams.
Foster engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Support talent development, technical coaching, and knowledge sharing.
