About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a Technical Lead - Full Stack (Java, Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. This customer-facing role partners with business and technology teams to design scalable solutions, drive enterprise integrations, lead development teams, and deliver high-quality applications from architecture through production support. The position is hybrid and based in Atlanta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; or Nashville, Tennessee. Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in full stack development, software engineering, application architecture, or enterprise application delivery.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with React.js, React Hooks, and frontend state management frameworks.
Strong experience designing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases.
Experience working with Amazon Redshift and enterprise data platforms.
Hands-on experience implementing automated testing using JUnit, Mockito, and TDD practices.
Strong integration experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, FTP/SFTP, ETL pipelines, and Kafka.
Experience supporting enterprise application integration, data exchange, and messaging platforms.
Strong understanding of application security using OAuth and JWT authentication mechanisms.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
