Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or College Diploma required
• Overall 10 years of experience in JAVA development
• Expert-level proficiency in Full Stack Development – Java / Springboot / Kafka
• Experience working with React or Angular
• Advanced experience in designing and building Web API services
• Over 5 years of experience working with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure platform
• Demonstrated ability to define and enforce development standards and best practices
• Experience delivering scalable, high-performance applications in production environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design solutions across multiple teams or systems
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders
• Track record of mentoring and developing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, tools, and frameworks
• Experience identifying delivery risks and driving process improvements
• Experience working with both onsite and offshore model
• In person office attendance 2-3 times a week

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and architecture of full stack solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of custom software solutions
• Set and enforce development standards to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance
• Act as the technical subject matter expert across full stack development
• Guide and manage development teams, ensuring strong execution and accountability for decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive and scalable solutions
• Lead architectural discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to maintain high standards
• Identify and solve complex technical challenges, delivering solutions that can be leveraged across multiple teams
• Drive adoption of best practices and modern technologies to improve delivery efficiency and software quality
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Mentor and support team members to strengthen team capabilities and career growth
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Continuously improve development processes to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes
