About The Position

We are seeking experienced Java Full Stack Developers for a long-term contract position in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires candidates to be onsite 3 days a week, starting Day 1. We are looking for local W2 candidates only, no C2C.

Requirements

• 8-10 plus years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using Java.
• 5 plus years of Spring/Spring boot development experience.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience on Functional programming, Threading/Concurrency, Collections, Exception Handling and other core Java features.
• Experience in writing REST, Microservice & APIs - including performance, security and error handling aspects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with teams in different geographical locations/time zones.
• Must be local to Columbus, Ohio.
• Must be a W2 candidate.

Nice To Haves

• Messaging experience (AMQ or Kafka).
• Knowledge on cloud (Azure).
• Knowledge on containers (OpenShift or similar).
