About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Java Full Stack Developer for an onsite position in Dearborn, Michigan. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and products to meet customer needs. The developer contributes throughout the software development lifecycle, from software architecture and coding through quality testing and deployment. The position covers both user-interface and server-side development, including back-end applications such as APIs and microservices.

Requirements

At least 4 years of total experience in the IT industry.
At least 3 years of experience developing as a full-stack developer.
Experience with GCP, C++, React, Teamcenter, Java, and MongoDB.
Experience with Teamcenter ITK customization, AWC customization, and Teamcenter Manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

Teamcenter development experience.
ITK customization experience.
Workflow experience.
Relevant certifications such as Security+, GIAC, or foundational cloud security certifications across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements, and advocate for user-centric software solutions.
Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering solutions using appropriate tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies, and technologies.
Assess application or service requirements and determine suitable technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies.
Create high-level software architecture designs outlining the application's structure, components, and interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and architects.
Define and implement software testing strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes aligned with organizational goals, industry regulations, and best practices.
Improve application performance and efficiency, and implement new technologies to maximize development effectiveness.
Apply programming practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
Support security practices that protect user data, including encryption and anonymization.
Create user-friendly, interactive interfaces.
Develop and maintain back-end applications, including APIs and microservices, using server-side languages.
Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities, and participate in solutions involving new technology stack layers and industry collaboration.
