About The Position

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic team and deliver scalable full stack solutions for enterprise banking platforms. The role focuses primarily on Java (80%), with React (20%), and AWS. The position is 100% onsite in Columbus, Ohio, and is open to candidates ready to relocate. The role requires W2 employment; C2C, 1099, and third-party profiles are not accepted. US citizenship, a Green Card, or GC EAD is preferred. Dual sourcing will be used for this role.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks, RESTful services, and SQL/NoSQL data stores.
• Experience with AWS services for application development and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication.
• 5–7 years of relevant full stack development experience.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
• US citizenship, a Green Card, or GC EAD is preferred.
• W2 employment; C2C, 1099, and third-party profiles are not accepted.

• Background with large-scale banking or financial services platforms.
