Requirements

Java 8, Core Java / J2EE fundamentals, REST APIs
Angular 8
Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate (or proficiency in JSF / Struts), MongoDB, MySQL, Oracle Database (very strong skills essential)
Apache Spark, Kafka (or other messaging services)
AWS SDK (Basic), Azure SDK (Basic)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with very good communication skills.
Capable of conducting thorough code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and driving a culture of "First Time Right" with zero production defects.
Prior experience with Web Services or JMS is a strong plus.
Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Design and optimize queries for SQL and Oracle databases.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop user interfaces, preferably using Angular 8.
Integrate systems using JMS, Kafka, and GIS technologies.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Participate in Agile development practices.
