About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an innovative and self-driven Java Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React, Java/Spring Boot, and Oracle architectures. In this role, you will build and scale robust cloud-native applications, design microservices and REST APIs, and integrate advanced AI tooling like GitHub Copilot to accelerate high-quality software delivery within a secure enterprise environment.

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience with React (frontend lean) or Java / Spring Boot (backend lean) as a primary competency, complemented by strong secondary full-stack skills
Proficiency in Oracle databases, SQL optimization, and backend data modeling
Demonstrated ability to build, secure, and scale microservices and REST APIs
Experience working on Cloud-Native applications and modern deployment/CI/CD pipelines
Highly proficient in using GitHub Copilot for accelerated development and refactoring
Strong commitment to software craftsmanship, including writing automated unit tests and maintaining exceptional code coverage
Deep familiarity with enterprise security principles, authentication, authorization, and entitlement models

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable applications spanning modern frontends (React) and resilient backends (Java, Spring Boot, Oracle)
Develop high-performance REST APIs and microservices designed for cloud-native deployment
Collaborate on cloud-native application deployment, leveraging modern CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure workflows
Utilize GitHub Copilot as a core tool to optimize development velocity, code structure, and daily engineering tasks
Write clean, maintainable code accompanied by comprehensive unit tests to ensure high code coverage and reliability
Implement robust security principles, data protection guidelines, and complex entitlement frameworks aligned with enterprise standards
Work autonomously as a self-starter while collaborating seamlessly within a dynamic, cross-functional team with minimal supervision
