About The Position

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic team and deliver scalable full stack solutions for enterprise banking platforms. The role emphasizes Java (80%), React (20%), and AWS. It is based 100% onsite in Columbus, Ohio, and is open to candidates willing to relocate. US citizens, Green Card holders, or people with a Green Card EAD are preferred. W2 employment is required; C2C, 1099, and third-party profiles are not accepted. Dual sourcing will be used for this role.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks, RESTful services, and SQL/NoSQL data stores.
• Experience with AWS services for application development and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication.
• 5–7 years of relevant full stack development experience.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
• W2 employment; C2C, 1099, and third-party profiles are not accepted.

Nice To Haves

• Background with large-scale banking or financial services platforms.
• US citizenship, Green Card, or Green Card EAD.
