About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Java Frontend Developer for a long-term contract position in Wilmington, DE. This role involves developing and maintaining responsive web applications, building interactive UI components, and integrating frontend applications with Java-based backend services. The ideal candidate will write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Optimization for performance and scalability is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot (backend integration understanding).
• Hands-on experience with Angular / React / Vue.js.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
