As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Develop multiple RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot, following microservices best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and high performance. Design and build secure public and internal REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration. Design and document REST APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI, ensuring clear interface definitions and improved developer usability. Please note that this is an onsite role at client location in Charlotte, NC.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of IT work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Spring Boot
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking
High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities
