About The Position

Accenture Flex offers flexible, local, fixed-duration project-based work. As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Responsibilities include being a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions, and providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Specifically, you will develop multiple RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot, following microservices best practices, and design and build secure public and internal REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot. You will also design and document REST APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of IT work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Spring Boot
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking
High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

Develop multiple RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot, following microservices best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and high performance.
Design and build secure public and internal REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration.
Design and document REST APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI, ensuring clear interface definitions and improved developer usability.
Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
