About The Position
The Java Development Team Lead organizes, directs, and manages activities related to building and maintaining software releases for promotion to the production environment. The role manages and supervises developers on a scrum team, assigns responsibilities, and oversees the successful completion of assigned tasks. The position requires a fully adjudicated Secret Security Clearance and the ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs two days per week.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Experience with Java/JEE.
- Fully adjudicated Secret Security Clearance.
- Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs two days per week.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Agile Development, JMS, XML, Angular, or SQL.
- Experience in a large-scale Federal IT Program with high availability requirements.
- Local to Colorado Springs, Colorado.
