About The Position

Requirements
- Proven professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Java.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms or modern frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (e.g., Hibernate).
- Familiarity with build automation tools such as Maven or Gradle.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Proficient in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Java code.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing.

- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks, and troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies.
