About The Position

The Institutional Lending Tech team needs an experienced full stack developer (Server Side Java with UI) to help build leading-edge and scalable systems to support multiple business verticals. These systems will support origination, underwriting, asset management, business operations, market insights, loan pricing, and risk calculations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven development experience in Java, Spring, restful micro-services (Server side Java).
• 5+ years of proven web-applications development experience in Angular, JS or TS, CSS and HTML (With UI).
• Experience in OOP concepts and design patterns (SERVER SIDE JAVA).
• Experience in working with modern code IDEs such as IntelliJ or VS Code.
• Hands-on experience with AI developer productivity tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amp, or similar).
• Understanding in relational or document databases (SQL, MongoDB or similar).
• Strong expertise in relational or document databases (Sybase, MongoDB, or similar).
• Fluent in English with Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (SDLC and Agile).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a high-performance, scalable platform to support multiple Lending business lines.
• Develop and maintain reusable and testable backend and frontend components.
• Actively contribute to agile squad ceremonies and practices.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration (CICD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in all development activities.
