About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable full-stack applications using Java, React, and AWS. You will be responsible for developing backend services, microservices, and RESTful APIs, building and enhancing user interfaces with React, and integrating SQL and NoSQL data solutions. The ideal candidate will develop secure, resilient, and maintainable applications for enterprise environments, deploy and support applications using AWS cloud services, and troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance. Collaboration with product, platform, architecture, and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment is essential, as is participation in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Java-based frameworks, preferably Spring/Spring Boot.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Working experience with React / React.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS application development and deployment.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of software development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
