Working for our Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting case management solutions aimed at addressing functions such as investigative case management, safety management, and human capital functions including employee and labor relations, reasonable accommodation, alternate dispute resolution, performance management, and onboarding. You will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. The role involves delivering, enhancing, and maintaining case management solutions for federal agencies based on Tyler Technologies’ Tyler Application Platform (TAP), utilizing Java EE platform. A successful candidate will be able to effectively research and troubleshoot issues, recommend and deploy solutions in a professional manner, and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
